Hanuman Chalisa was the one of the first shlokas that I learnt and ever since been a Hanuman Bhakt.

Had been long in my mind to sketch this deity.

Birth of Hanuman:
When Agni, the god of fire, gave Dasharath, the king of Ayodhya, a bowl of sacred dessert to share among his wives so they may have divine children, an eagle snatched a part of the pudding and dropped it where Anjana was meditating. Pavana, the god of wind delivered the drop to her outstretched hands. After she took the divine dessert, she gave birth to Hanuman. Born as Hanuman to Anjana, by the blessings of Pavana, he is also know as Anjaneya and Pavanputra.

• his corpse was stolen in order to extort money from his family
  

Ants can anyone work harder than them...Impossible.
They are capable of carrying objects 50 times their own body weight. Challenge to humans try carrying 50 times your own weight.....hahaha.

Jo Masti mein na rahe woh mastana kaisa,

Kushi bhar do har jagah,
Har Jagah bhar do Kushi,
Jeena Zindagi auron ke liye,
Auron ke liye jeena hi hai zindagi.

This animal, Horse is a sheer symbol of

Power, Grace, Beauty, Nobility and Strength.

Served man in war and during peace was instrumental in his mobility.

Sketched this cause just could not leave this beast out.

The Sea Gull flies in the upward direction of love and kindness with stretched wings, crossing the vertical limits and gracefully disappearing into a perfect dark sky.....

Capturing one more from the wild.
The giraffe a graceful animal that is tall but its weight is well distributed and is vulnerable only when it bends to drink water. whose long neck represents the ability to be visionary. Giraffe teaches us to increase our understanding by viewing life from all angles.

Guess animals keeping capturing my imagination. Here is my 3rd sketch "the wise owl" or the " vehicle of goddess of Wealth Lakshmi" whatever let both Wisdom and Wealth come......

The 2nd Sketch i got a bit Wilder.....beware the Leopard is on the Prowl......Took me quite a bit of time to sketch this but loved doing it.
