Just tried depicting Lord Shiva in a different way,  thru outlines. It is like a faint image of the great Lord in meditation.

Padàti/Bhata.....What's that?

Chaturanga ...ever heard about it.......
It is an ancient Indian game............
Chaturanga developed in Gupta India around the 6th century A.D.
In the 7th century, it was adopted as Shatranj in Sassanid Persia.........

Bulldog....a breed apart

Everyday I used to see this dog running around in our compound. Just loved its agility, small built yet fierce looking style...thus wanted to sketch it up.

Some Dope on BullDogs :
Bulldogs got their name because they were especially bred for Bull Baiting.
This was a “sport” in which a bull was chained to a pole, and dogs were let loose to tear the bull to bits while spectators watched and cheered.
The sport was made illegal in 1835, and breeders began breeding the traits of viciousness and fearlessness from these dogs so the breed could live on as house pets.

Ship an amazing creature in the Sea

  • In 1898 (14 years prior to the Titanic tragedy), Morgan Robertson wrote a novel called Futility. This fictitious novel was about the largest ship ever built hitting an iceberg in the Atlantic ocean on a cold April night. The fictional ship (named Titan) and the real ship Titanic were similar in design and their circumstances were remarkably alike. Both ships were labeled "unsinkable".
  •
  •  There were no cats on the Titanic. Cats were often brought on ships as a form of good luck. They also controlled rodents.
